As a student and a young professional, Ulrike showed a dual interest in biology and communicating. After earning her Bachelor’s degree in Biology and English at the University of Hannover in 2007, Ulrike moved to Bielefeld University to work on her Master’s degree in Behavioral Biology.

On June 18th, 2019, Veto-pharma’s Spanish branch changed its name to become Véto-pharma Ibérica. The new name reflects a refocusing of Véto-pharma’s activity in the Iberian Peninsula solely on the apiculture industry.
